Design Ranch’s approach involved creating a compelling and aptly titled annual report, “VITALS,” which aimed to underscore Blue KC’s crucial role in delivering accessible and affordable healthcare within the community. This title was not just a name but also served as an acronym for the report’s chapters, which centered on key aspects such as Value-Based Care, Innovation, Technology, Affordability, Leadership, and Service. The report was designed to emphasize Blue KC’s commitment to leadership in shaping a healthier future for its customers and the community.
