Hall Family Foundation – Fundamentals

The Hall Foundation has a long history of supporting education in Kansas City. Grounded by the past and inspired by Kansas City’s potential, the Hall Family Foundation continues to support those who promote centers of excellence, improve access to quality education, promote systematic reform or improvement, close achievement gaps, and build human capital.

For the “Fundamentals” annual report, we used the primary definition “forming a necessary base or core; of central importance” to reinforce the elemental foundation of education at its basics, essentials, and core. Learning is a rudimentary concept and becomes the central and primary principle on which the annual is based. Design Ranch used captivating portrait and still-life compositions paired with an innovative, modern design. A clean layout and copy structure helped focus attention and reinforce the basic principles and essentials children must achieve throughout the year. Those foundational goals can be met with the Hall Family Foundation’s support.
