The Crosswalks, a multi-family apartment development situated at the intersection of four corners, needed a cohesive yet distinct brand identity that unified the complex while distinguishing each of the four apartment buildings. The goal was to create a central brand, “The Crosswalks,” that could house the unique sub-brands of Senate, Roxford, Cavalier, and Westover, each reflecting a different vibe and attracting diverse tenants.

Design Ranch developed a comprehensive naming and branding strategy for The Crosswalks and its four distinct apartment buildings. We named the development “The Crosswalks” to reflect its physical location and the idea of intersecting elements. Each apartment building was given a unique name—Senate, Roxford, Cavalier, and Westover—highlighting its individual character and appeal.

We created distinct logos for each sub-brand, ensuring they had their own vibe while maintaining a cohesive connection to The Crosswalks through a unifying central logo. For the brand language, we played off the idea of intersecting elements, creating lines such as “An intersection of Urban & Comfort” and “An intersection of Style & Comfort.” This language helped to convey the unique blend of experiences offered at The Crosswalks, making it easier for potential residents to connect with the development and find their perfect home.
