Webster House
Reimagining a fresh identity for a classic gem
challenge
Renovated by Shirley Helzberg, the Webster House is a historic gem next to the prestigious Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The owners envisioned adding a premier venue for high-end events and weddings to the distinctive antique store and restaurant. To achieve this goal, they needed a brand identity that respected the venue’s historical roots while possessing a polished and timeless appeal that resonated with clients seeking sophistication and luxury for their special occasions.
approach
Design Ranch defined a brand identity that respected Webster House’s history while exuding a polished and traditional appeal, perfect for upscale events. We created marketing materials highlighting the venue’s unique features, demonstrating its desirability as a premium event space. We established a comprehensive photo library to showcase Webster House’s key assets, enabling potential clients to visualize the location’s elegance and ambiance, the European antiques, and the award-winning restaurant venue. The materials and strategy spotlight the property’s refined strengths and unique selling points.
