Women’s Foundation – 26th Anniversary
Leveraging propaganda to spotlight female agents of change
challenge
With the Women’s Foundation’s annual event on the horizon, Design Ranch faced the challenge of refreshing the Foundation’s brand identity to align with the theme of “Truth Tellers: Stories that Change the World” for its 26th year. The task was to create an immersive visual experience that honored the Foundation’s legacy and reflected the transformative power of women’s voices and narratives. We aimed to craft design elements that resonate deeply with attendees, conveying the Foundation’s commitment to empowerment and societal change.
approach
Drawing inspiration from the theme and ethos of the event, Design Ranch captured the essence of truth and empowerment through design. We infused the event materials with quotes from renowned female Truth Tellers and change agents, symbolizing women’s journey from the past to the present. Embracing a bold black-and-white color scheme and employing strong typography, we created a brand identity that commanded attention and reverence, much like the powerful speeches of keynote speakers like journalist Ann Curry. The result was a visual narrative that honored the Foundation’s mission while igniting a sense of purpose and possibility among attendees.
